Our Letters
When I launched Navy Group International in 1985 I was confident that the organization would be successful. My experience to that point indicated clearly that the marine surveying and environmental protection industry would support a company that demonstrated integrity and ethical behaviour while offering professional services and products supported by high levels of technical expertise. Today, more than 30 years on, this vision has been proven correct over and over again.
I would like to take this opportunity of assuring you that the foundation stones of our business will never change and that we will continue to work closely with all our customers developing business solutions that drive you forward to success.
Elie G. Eid,
Late Chief Executive officer
At Navy Group International, we can speak firsthand about the kind of change that tests an organization to its core. In January 2021, we lost the strength and heart of our company: my dear father and CEO of Navy Group International, the late Elie G. Eid.
It is said that difficult times reveal true character, and while his loss left us with significant responsibilities, Navy Group International has proven as resilient as the ship that survives the heaviest winds. In the time since, we have grown our business, optimized our strategy, updated our protocols to conform with COVID-19 regulations, and recruited new team members to strengthen our operations and maximize our team's efficiency.
The credibility Navy Group has built over the years continues to be reinforced every day through the vision and mission my late father established, and through the culture he instilled in his team. We move forward with the same faith and spirit that guided that mission, committed to seeing it through to completion.
We are not resting on this progress. Our commitment today remains what it has always been: to continuously revise, improve, and refine how we work. We are all in this together, and our teams, whether in the office, working remotely, or out in the field, are always ready to assist you. We encourage you to reach out to us at any time.
With respect and gratitude,
Stephanie Elias Eid
Chief executive officer
There is a sentiment that has remained with me since the passing of my father, the late Elie G. Eid: that a ship is safest within the harbor, yet a harbor was never the purpose for which it was built. Navy Group International was not established to remain still, and neither shall we.
The years that have followed his loss have demanded a great deal from this organization. The passing of my father meant the loss of a leader whose judgment guided our direction, whose name lent credibility to this company, and whose presence defined our understanding of leadership itself. It also meant assuming responsibility for what he spent decades building: a dedicated team, a respected reputation, and a standard of work that does not diminish simply because circumstances have changed.
What this experience has made clear to me is that legacy is not something to be preserved from a distance, as a memory alone. It is a responsibility to be carried forward through every decision we make, every client relationship we maintain, and every operation we undertake. My father did not build Navy Group International to be remembered. He built it to continue advancing, and that, in our view, remains the only fitting tribute to his vision.
It is with great pride that I stand alongside my fellow family members, and the entirety of our team, in carrying this work forward. Every inspection conducted, every standard upheld, and every partnership honored represents a continuation of the vision he set in motion. Our growth in recent years has not occurred in spite of this loss, but because of the resolve it instilled in us.
To all those who have placed their trust in Navy Group International, whether through your projects, your partnerships, or your continued confidence in our work, we extend our sincere gratitude. You remain an integral part of a story that continues to unfold, and we do not take that trust lightly.
Warm Wishes,
Carel Mary

In the last 2 years we have strongly reflected on the true meaning of Onassis’s quote. Especially after the world has been rocked by the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus. A virus that shaped the way we do business and the way we perceive our daily routine. The price to pay was huge for most of the industries worldwide. Our own share was the sad loss of our CEO Elias G. Eid who lost his battle with the Coronavirus at the age of 57. He left behind him a legacy that still guides our steps towards more achievements.
Despite the dire situation that the world economy has witnessed we at Navy Group International have managed to adapt to the rapid changes taking the time that the coronavirus has given us in order to rebrand and develop our new strategies and approaches. We have managed to increase our business by thirty percent since the demise of our CEO.
Navy Group International has always set sail for new horizons with plans of expansion that go beyond Beirut. These plans will materialize by the end of 2021.
As a company we are proud of our Lebanese Heritage and European Greek roots and have always worked to reflect the two cultures through our diverse staff and partners.
We believe our team is the best in the business. Our people are Navy Group International's greatest asset and what makes us an industry leader.
We at Navy Group International do not deliver a service. We fulfill a promise.
We are thankful to be your trusted business partner and are dedicated to helping you keep your promises.

The loss of our Chairman, Mr. Elie Eid, will not stop our holding group from fulfilling our duties and honoring our commitments. As a management team, we will always draw inspiration from his vision of a better future, one filled with success and prosperity for all our companies and projects.
The founder of Navy Group International envisioned a company that would contribute meaningfully to development projects across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, while earning the trust and confidence of all parties we work with and for. His goal was to ensure every project we undertake reflects the highest standards of workmanship, professionalism, and business ethics.
To uphold these principles, we remain committed to fulfilling our corporate responsibilities, strengthening our awareness of and conformity with industry standards, and positioning ourselves as a reliable and trustworthy company on the global stage.
We believe that superior quality control, effective safety practices, and the continuous development of our management and professional capabilities are what drive the results we seek and the customer satisfaction we strive for.
In closing, I extend my sincere thanks to our partners in government and the private sector, project owners, vendors, shareholders, and every member of the Navy Group International family, for being an essential part of our success.
Warm Wishes,
